E-Statements
First Citizens State Bank offers the security and convenience of receiving your statements electronically.
- Utilizing our E-Statement service allows you to view 18 months of past e-statements online all stored securely for your safety and protection.
- Your E-Statements are exact duplicates of the paper statements you receive now and contain the same information as well as convenient balancing and reconciliation tools.
- E-Statements protect your identity by cutting back on the amount of account information sent through the mail.
- They are also good for the environment by reducing the amount of paper and energy used to produce paper statements!
Enrollment with E-Statements requires Adobe and for you to be enrolled in and using Internet Banking. You agree that you will no longer receive a paper copy of your statement via the U.S. Mail. If your email address changes, you will need to change it in your Internet Banking Profile or notify the bank. You have the right to cancel your enrollment at any time by notifying First Citizens State Bank.

Using Account Alerts
To set up, view, or delete an alert on your account(s), click on the Alerts tab. You can view, edit or delete existing alerts by clicking the corresponding word while in Alerts.
To create a new alert:
- Choose Alerts from the top banner near the Log Out button
- Select Alert Options to choose what type of alert you want to receive
- Click "+" to show all options under each category
- Select Contact Options to choose the method or methods used to deliver your alerts
- You may set up "Do Not Disturb" hours that will silence alert notifications during configured times
- Select Overview to show what alerts you currently have configured
- You may edit or delete any alerts at any time

Mobile Wallet
You can now use your First Citizens State Bank Debit Card with your Mobile Wallet. Mobile Wallet is a way for you to input your Debit and Credit Card information onto your smartphone, tablet, or smartwatch. It provides a fast, one-touch way to check out at over 1 million retailers nationwide. You can also use it for online and in-app purchases without having to re-enter your card information.
When you make a purchase using your Mobile Wallet, a transaction-specific security code is created to process the payment – so your debit card information is never shared with the retailer.
Depending on the Device, you will be asked to type in a passcode, your fingerprint, or facial recognition to verify purchases. This adds an additional layer of security for transactions.
External Transfers
Life's big moments deserve more financing flexibility. Financing larger expenses is a lot less complicated when you can freely access your accounts at other banks. How do I set it up?

If I get a new card, do I need to change my information?
Yes. Anytime your card information has changed you will need to update that card in your wallet.
What happens if my card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen, please call 800-472-3272. You will have to remove the debit card from your Mobile Wallet by selecting the “remove card” option. Once you get a replacement card, you will have to add that to your Mobile Wallet as a new card.
How will Mobile Wallet transactions appear on my account and statement?
Mobile Wallet transactions will appear just like any other Debit transaction.
